Motivating is to inspire someone to take some desired action(s) that will
result in success. Our
success comes from the seeds we plant.
Today’s movie is a brief excerpt from the book “The
Strangest Secret” by Earl Nightengale (1921-1989).
It includes part of a recording
of
Mr. Nightengale sharing a story which
paints a great picture of the book’s concept. The audio recording was how he first produced
his message many, many years ago.
The official Earl Nightengale website says “He said he
called it ‘The Strangest Secret’ because of the irony of it all - that this
truth of why we become, whatever it is we become, is no “secret” at all, and
therefore, it’s “strange” that we don’t all know about it!
“Over the next thirteen years, the demand for ‘The Strangest Secret’ would grow so
large that Earl accepted an offer of help to fulfill orders from an
acquaintance, Lloyd Conant, who had a small mail
order company. Together, they formed the Nightingale-Conant
Corporation of
He has one of the greatest speaking voices.
It’s a
real pleasure just to listen to his beautiful voice,
and his words are so motivational as well.
