I Believe There
Through all the devastation that is going on in the world I believe
there are Angels among us... Firemen,
police, rescue workers, doctors, nurses, teachers, mothers, fathers, children,
and fur and feather beings.
I have seen the faces of the frail and elderly change when they look at
a child or a feather or fur baby. Their frailty seems to disappear when they
touch them.
Special medicine? I don't think so! Just the unconditional
feeling of being loved without a history or judgment.
Angels come in all different disguises, shapes, sizes, ages, and colors.
They always focus on love, service and spirit.
I am sure everyone has heard the song "I Believe There Are Angels Among Us." It
goes something like this:
Oh, I
believe there are, angels among us
Sent down to us, from somewhere up above
They come to you and me, in the darkest of hours
To show us how to live, to teach us how to give
To guide us with the light of love…
I have had many "Angels" in my life.
They appeared out of nowhere. Just when I needed them the most! Some looked far from being an angel. But they
truly were, and still are, angels to me.
So look for the "Angels" in your life. Enjoy them! Praise them! Open your arms and hearts to receive these
blessings from above.
And practice being an "Angel.”
