Do You Love Me?

How many of us ask that question (to ourselves) every day?

How many times to we look at our significant other and our children and grand children and wonder… Do they love me?

Like in Fiddler on the Roof when Tevye asked Golda, “Do you Love Me?” how would we answer?

Golda answered by saying, “For 25 years I’ve washed you clothes, cooked your meals, cleaned your home, given you children, Tevye, you’re a fool!”

He answers “Yeah I know! But do you love me?”

She then answers “After 25 years, I guess I do!”

This holy week If God was to ask, “Do you love me?” how would you answer?

Do you spend time with Him? Do you acknowledge Him? Do you appreciate Him?

What would your answer be, if God asked “Do you love me?”
