Success Strategies   — by Michael Angier

Clarity Leads to Power

I was preparing for a radio interview today and decided to listen to a recording of a talk I gave last year in Chicago. It was entitled ‘Clarity Leads to Power’.

My message was about how important it is to be clear. I also described some of the enemies of clarity we must battle in getting clear—and staying clear—about what we want, what we don’t want, why we want it and how to get it.

I think I shared it with my members last year, but just in case you didn’t get a chance to listen to it, you’re welcome to do so now.

The introduction by Vic Johnson was one of the best I’ve ever received. They say if you want to be sure of a great introduction, you should write it yourself. Well, in this case, I didn’t and it’s a good thing. It wouldn’t have been as eloquent or as sincere as the one Vic gave me.

I got a lot out of re-listening to this recording—and I was the one who gave the speech. It just goes to show how important it is to be reminded of things we already know.

I can’t imagine anyone wants to be confused, but my experience is that most people lack clarity. And, we can all benefit by being more clear, because clarity DOES lead to power. If you listen, I’m sure you will see this.

Listen to the entire recording here.

Enjoy.

And make it a great day.
