Then you’ve experienced Soul Magic!   Big or small, Soul Magic moments are those moments that touch our soul and feel almost magical.

Sometimes it’s hard to put our finger on what makes them special because it’s more of a feeling than the event itself.  That doesn’t make it any less real!   We’d like you to join us in paying attention to the Soul Magic and every day miracles in your life.  Acknowledge them.  Write them down.  And then send them in to SFPNN.

Making Life Count

Many times in my life things such as cards, books, sayings, etc. have found their way and placed themselves right in front of me. Many of them appeared with I needed them the most.

This week I came across a book called "Making Life Count." It was written by Eugene C. Foster and published in 1918.

Even way back then, people were wrestling with the thought that to make your life count you must be successful and success is usually measured by having money. However, many people with money do not feel successful in their personal life.

I have worked with the really rich and the really poor and I have experienced living both in my own life.  I never felt good about my self, rich or poor, until I started giving of my self and helping others.

Making your life count is becoming successful!

Not with the ways of the world, evaluated in money, but in contentment in who you are within you, and in your relationship to God. The blessings you will receive will be more than all the gold in the hurting world.

How much money you have has nothing to do with it. Money just buys more things. I know people with closets full of things such clothes with tags still on them. Many of them are now giving me these items to give to the less fortunate.

It all seems so silly. We fill ourselves up with all the things we don't need... including food. But rarely do we give ourselves the things we do need; peace, harmony, love, rest, and a fulfilling life.

In 2007 make your life count ... give yourself what you need and also help someone else!
