And yes! Theta Healing really does work! Since Mark and I have been practicing it over the past month, I've been able to cut my chiropractic visits in half, and the chronic back and neck pain I had on a daily basis rarely shows up anymore!
Now on with today’s greeting…

Yesterday I was feeling a bit frazzled. It’s been crazy-go-nuts the past few weeks… Between SFPNN, my school work, studying for Theta Level 2 certification, editing material for UMS, working on stuff around the house and daily visits to a friend in the hospital, I was starting to feel a little rough around the edges.
So I stopped, asked myself what I needed, and realized it was time to relax and take care of me. Most importantly, I needed to connect with God for some inner peace. As I got quiet and centered I was prompted to draw a card from my Louise Hay Wisdom Cards deck.
It seemed kind of silly because here I was trying to get centered and just BE instead of doing stuff, and my divine guidance was telling me to go DO something else!
So after a few deep breaths I acquiesced, closed my eyes, and drew a card from the middle of the deck. Upon seeing the message, I knew exactly why I had been prompted to the Wisdom Cards. It read:
“I AM
“I am aware that I am pure consciousness. I am not lonely or lost or abandoned. I am one with all of life.”
How much more connected to the Divine can we get than to
realize we are
I loved the affirmation of “I am not lonely or lost or abandoned.” How often in our busy-ness do we begin to feel lonely, lost and abandoned (or at least overwhelmed) because we forget we are Spirit? We are connected to God. We are one with all of Life—including our Higher Power.
I truly love the way God works in my life. Even when I’m feeling frazzled and don’t understand His directions, He knows how to get through to me… including something as silly as pulling a Wisdom Card. (Incidentally, this was the first time I ever drew a card from this deck. Because the cards are double sided I can’t use them for intuitive or angel readings!)
How awesome it would be if we all remembered we are pure spirit, pure consciousness, and one with life! How awesome it would be if we knew in our heart of hearts we are never lonely, lost or abandoned!
Please say it with me one more time and hold this thought in your mind throughout the day. (Hey, you’ll feel better focusing on this than worrying about that chipped nail, what’s on the grocery list or the report you didn’t quite finish!) Here we go…
“I AM
“I am aware that I am pure consciousness. I am not lonely or lost or abandoned. I am one with all of life.”
And so it is!

SFPNN KINDNESS CHALLENGE!
