Howdy Folks and Good Day!
It’s hard to believe it's already Memorial Day Weekend in the
May you remember those who have served, those who have touched your life, and those who have inspired you.
And may you remember to inspire yourself and invest in creating the best You possible.
We can have all the external “stuff” in the world but if we haven’t created the person we love internally, none of the material successes will bring us happiness.
Happiness, Joy, Love, Positivity, Creativity, Hope, Faith, Inspiration… they’re all an internal job. It’s up to us to nurture and raise these qualities within ourselves. Sometimes they come easy, other times they need concentrated effort. Concentrate on the investment you make in your Self and you’ll receive the best “return” on your investment there is… Y-O-U!
We hope SFPNN has been one of your valuable resources and the time you’ve invested reading our e-zine has been well-spent. Although we won’t do our daily distribution over the summer months, we still have over 25,000 files available to you on-line with archives back to 1999! Because our authors write from their heart and live spiritual truths, even our older stories are just as valuable and true today as they were back then! So come on over and take a browse… www.sfpnn.com
You may wish to visit our SFPNN Featured Authors page for past authors you may not be familiar with yet.
FYI, although SFPNN is on hiatus, I am still taking appointments for Angel Therapy®, Reiki and Theta Healing over the summer months. E-mail me at jmp@sfpnn.com with “Angel Therapy®” (or Reiki or Theta Healing) in the subject line if you’d like to learn more or book an appointment. I will personally respond to you, usually within 24-72 hours.
I hope everyone has a truly blessed summer and that you’ll allow yourself to live each day to the fullest, get inspired by life’s little treasures, and enjoy each day as it is.
With Much Peace, Love, Happiness, Health, and Prosperity…

THINKING
One day at a garage sale just a block from our office, I sat down and
began visiting with two ladies. Here is a story one of the ladies shared with
me.
One day, her coloring ignored, three year old Kathy sat at the table,
gazing out the window.
“What are you doing Kathy?” her mother asked.
“I’m thinking”, responded the youngster.
Her mother asked, “Well, what exactly is thinking?”
In the space of a second young Kathy turned to look at her mother and
responded, “that is when I use my voice that doesn’t
speak!”
Thinking of you with a quiet loving voice and reminding you
that often GOD SPEAKS to us with a quiet loving voice.

A Good Laugh, Check Out
It
started so simple, so innocently… Tom fulfilled a promise to write the stories
he said he would tell. A man, two dogs and a forlorn tree… Who could have known
it would turn into the intriguing series known as "The Christmas Tree
Chronicles." Don't be fooled by the name, these twisted tales take you
year round!
It
doesn't stop there, though.

Suggestion
LISTEN WHEN THE UNIVERSE SPEAKS
By Nancy Leslie
I work in downtown
One day he asked the owner of our company (a multi millionaire) for change and Mickey, our owner, asked him what he would do for that money. Willie asked "what do you want me to do?" Mickey said, "I'll tell you what, if you come up to our office and get a broom and dustpan from our receptionist and clean the parking lot, I will make sure you have money for lunch." Agreed!
So a couple days a week, Willie cleans our parking lot for lunch money. To reward him for being resourceful and keeping our lot so clean, the company took up a collection for him at Christmas and got him a new coat, socks, a suitcase (all things on his wish list) and some money (not a lot, but enough for a couple meals) for him to use as he saw fit.
He still sits on the side of the lot and politely asks for change every day.
Today, I got an email from one of our sales reps, Willie had gotten set up with a hose and bucket and some towels and was offering car washes in the parking lot for tips. I was delighted. Though I have never given him money directly (except for my contribution for the company gift) I felt the need to get my car washed and went to the lot to put my car in line.
Willie was having a WONDERFUL time. I pointed out my car to him and he showed me that I didn't have to move it because the hose would reach. I slipped him a $5 (which he protested my payment in advance, but I told him that I trusted him and knew that it would look fabulous when he was done.) I also loaned him some hand towels and a window squeegee that I had in the car to use during the day.
I felt pretty good about what I had done. I can't go thru a carwash due to a leaky roof and if he was willing to work, I was more than happy to give Willie some money.
Here's the surprise from the universe. I came back up to my
desk and put on my ipod and was busy working away when I heard someone behind
me. I stood up and it was our publisher. He said, "
I was stunned. I had never heard of this practice. He explained that at 10 years he will be thrilled to bring me a check for $100. I thought, “Hmmm, I did something nice for someone who needed money and in return, I got a surprise.” Then Adam Ant started singing in my Ipod and I couldn't help but giggle and dance a little, even with my aching back. G-d had spoken and I was thrilled that I could recognize His gift to me for doing something good.
I am truly blessed.

38. TAKE THE SFPNN KINDNESS CHALLENGE!
Living through the words of Gandhi, we must be the change we want to see in the world. We must also acknowledge those who are in the act of creating those changes. Therefore, we have two challenges for you.
Kindness Challenge # 1: Do something kind today and every day. It doesn’t have to be of earth-shattering proportions to make a positive difference. Simply saying “Thank You” or letting someone know they’re appreciated can have a tremendous impact. Find little ways to be kind and to make our world a kinder place. And feel free to tell us about your kind act!
E-mail: “KINDNESS”
Kindness Challenge # 2: Share something kind someone has done for you! People are kind to us in a myriad of ways on a daily basis. But we often overlook their kindness. Become aware of acts of kindness and acknowledge the person performing them. Then share their kind gesture with SFPNN.

With June right around the corner and all the June Brides that will be walking down the aisle I thought you might like to see this web site of Unusual Wedding Dresses. Someone seems to have taken Mr. Wimer’s idea to heart.
