“Tomorrow:
Adventures in an Uncertain World” was a lovely and
unexpected gift. Though the book appears
quite simple, with large photos on every page with about as much text as an
“easy reader” children’s book, Bradley Trevor Greive
addresses the questions all of us ask at one time or another. How do we stay sane and keep going in this
strange, often wacky world full of contradictions and mysteries? What makes it all worthwhile?
Greive accomplishes a lot in a little bit of text with wonderful, and some downright hilarious, images. The weaving together of his simple comments along with appropriate photos make “Tomorrow: Adventures in an Uncertain World” a quick but fun read.
While you will enjoy this book from start to finish, you can also pick it up from time to time when you’re in need of a smile to read just a few of its pages. Its delightful wisdom and pictures are sure to bring a sense of joy.
What I enjoyed most about this book is that with such simplicity, it makes us feel good about the world we live in. It acknowledges the less than pleasant things, often humorously, but focuses on the best things in life. The things that make life worth living. Take a few minutes to read “Tomorrow: Adventures in an Uncertain World” and look at the pictures. You’ll be glad you did.
