Welcome to the first ever SFPNN Workshop: Taking Care of
Myself 101.
The only way we can feel loved, happy, peaceful, fulfilled, and
connected to our Higher Power is to take care of ourselves!
This workshop is designed to help you live a positive life!
Your purpose on this planet,
before anything else, is to take care of YOU.
Once
you begin to take of YOU, you will increase your connection to Divine
Guidance.
You
will have more insight, clarity, and creativity on a daily basis.
You
will have more energy to do those things you feel guided to do.
You
will have more love and compassion to help others.
You
will have more faith in your own ability and in that of a supportive God and
Universe.
You
will KNOW you are capable because you will actually FEEL capable.
The body, mind, emotions and spirit need
proper care to work together as one.
If we don’t take care of ourselves all the tools God gave us for
living a good life can’t work properly. If we’re not caring for
ourselves properly, we are not loving
ourselves. When we don’t give ourselves the love and care we deserve,
we send out the signal to ourselves and everyone around us that we are
unworthy! Because our thoughts create our reality and attract similar
energy, we will attract unloving, uncaring situations and
circumstances. These are simply to mirror our own thoughts!
The
reality is that we are ALL deserving and worthy of Love and Self Care!
We simply need to take care of ourselves!
