Kindness Suggestion

SFPNN’s editor, Rev. Jeanette, along with the help of our readers, provides the Kindness Suggestion on Fridays.

The kindness suggestion came about when I saw a bumper sticker that said, “Practice senseless acts of beauty and random acts of kindness.” I shared that theory with others and was surprised that they had no idea where to begin when it came to giving a gift of kindness.

Most people believe gifts must be expensive to be valuable. If not expensive, then very time consuming. This isn’t the case at all. My life has been touched many times by simple acts of kindness that neither required a lot of money nor time.

I wanted to share some of these ideas and gifts with you. I know they will warm both your heart and the recipient of your gift of kindness. Everyone is invited to participate. Try practicing these Kindness Suggestions. And feel free to share your results with us.
