GIVE YOURSELF PERMISSION TO BELIEVE THE BEST!

If something is really good do you assume it must not be true? Do you believe negative perspectives and statistics are the most realistic? Are you the type of person who knows you can make your dreams come true or do you tell yourself it will never work?

Give yourself permission to believe the best!

Have you ever noticed how we’re skeptical of people who share life’s positive experiences, words of wisdom, and tips for self empowerment? Many of us are taught to believe the worst in life. We’re bombarded with stories of cheats, thugs, and the worst of human kind. There’s a saying in the news industry, “If it bleeds, it leads!” Why? Because most of us have learned to trust our fears of the worst case scenario rather than believing the best is possible.

When we trust our worst fears, we believe we’re helpless to do anything about our circumstances. Afterall, the world is out to get us and there’s nothing we can do about it. We might as well just stay stuck where we are. In reality, this is just an excuse not to walk in our own power and use our God-given talents to bring love and light into the world by creating the life of our dreams. In other words, it prevents us from taking responsibility for our lives!

We all have challenging circumstances. And yes, bad things sometimes happen to good people. Yes, money helps and things are more challenging if there isn’t a lot of it. Yes, a good education is important. Yes, a positive support system makes a difference. But the best support system and path to prosperity begin within!

Our own thoughts and beliefs shape our abundance or lack of it. We either dwell on what we don’t have or give thanks for what we do, asking God to show us how to create more love, health, and wealth… even without the cash to begin doing so. The same goes for a good education, and incidentally an external support system.

We decide what we’ll settle for. If we give ourselves permission to believe primarily the worst, we won’t try for anything better. But if we give ourselves permission to believe the best, we’ll not only try to reach for our dreams and heart’s desires, we’ll most likely succeed!

Giving ourselves permission to believe the best opens entirely new doors to walk through… There are no dues, exclusive memberships, or affiliations required to enter the world of our positive new belief system. We must simply choose to release the negative beliefs which limit us to a lifetime of doom and gloom and plant the new beliefs which allow us to believe the best is possible. We must learn to know, feel, and trust these positive new possibilities in our heart, mind, and soul. With this knowing comes new energy, new enthusiasm, new reverence for life – and our role in it!

We must first give ourselves permission to believe the best!

We filter what we allow into our belief system and this belief system is the underlying force which drives our actions and choices. It’s time to stop giving ourselves permission to believe only the worst. Let’s start anew and change what we think of as realistic to the best life has to offer.
